Ken Liu [https://kenliu.name/ ] is an award-winning SF and Fantasy author, prolific writer of epic as well as short fiction and translator of the seminal Three-Body-Problem by Liu Cixin into English. Ken can also program computers and has a law degree. And most importantly for our book podcast? He owns a VR headset so that we can discuss his brand-new short story collection “The Hidden Girl” here in Sansar. Drax is ploughing through Ken’s oeuvre and taking detailed notes on the magnificent stories in “Hidden Girl”: the themes range from gun violence, the climate crises, VR as empathy machine, disembodied living in the cloud, AI-generated movies and so much more.
